Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Verostyle. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support at Support@verostyle.in. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns and Refunds:
We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please initiate the return process by contacting our customer support.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@verostyle.in. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you havenāt received a refund within a reasonable timeframe, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If youāve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@verostyle.in.
Changes to this Policy:
We reserve the right to update or modify our cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on Verostyle.
